Food Lion Fundraiser

You can now link your Food Lion MVP card to the clogging group and every time you shop, Food Lion will donate a percentage to the cloggers!  Please go to the Food Lion website and click on MVP card to link your card to the group or send an e-mail to orangecloggers@verizon.net and list your Food Lion card number and we will link it for you.

Clogging Competition OC3-2008

The Orange County Fair Board asked the Orange Cloggers to host a clogging competition for the 2007 Orange County Fair..  It was held on Saturday, July 28th, 2007 with dancing starting at 10 am.  The event exceeded everyone's expectations.  There were competitors from across the state and everyone had a wonderful time.  The tent was standing room only with music, cheering, applause, and raw enthusiasm pulsating all day long.  The Orange County Fair Board has requested that we continue to make this an annual event so plans are already in the works  for 2008.  We are expecting even more teams, bigger tents, and a whole lot of fun (I don't know if it is possible to have more fun than we did last year).  The event is already listed on NCHF's calendar so we hope to see you there on Saturday, July 26th 2008 at the Orange County Fair..  

Virginia Clog

The Orange Cloggers are the featured team on VirginiaClog.com for the months of March and April!  Thank you to Dorothy Stephenson of the Sundance Express for featuring us and for having such a great website for clogging in Virginia.

New Location!!!

The Orange Cloggers have been clogging for numerous years at the Orange County Presbyterian Church for which we are extremely grateful for their generosity.  Unfortunately they are now beginning work at the church which will make the area that we have been using unavailable.  Isaiah House has been kind enough to open their doors for us.  We are being given the chance to take one of the rooms there and build ourselves a proper dance studio.  We, of course, are rising to the challenge.  Knowing that while there will be a lot of work, a lot of fundraising, a lot of sweat, a lot of dedication, and a lot of extra hours, those things come naturally for us, we're Cloggers.  While our new home will be a work in progress for some time, we thank Isaiah House for giving us the chance to show what we can do as a team.  Come and check out our new home, across from Orange Airport.  The days and times are the same.  Just a new location!
